Job-readiness and training programs to help veterans find and maintain stable employment
So often homelessness can be traced back to unemployment due to a lack of necessary job-readiness skills. In order to break the cycle of homelessness, Volunteers of America of Greater Ohio provides job-readiness and training services to help veterans reach self-sufficiency through long-term employment.
Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program
Services include: job-readiness skill development; resume writing; job searching, placement and coaching; career clothing; transportation assistance; and referrals to community resources.
