Get Involved

Volunteers Painting

From preparing and delivering Thanksgiving meals to collecting backpacks for local homless children, we always have something going on.

Last year alone, more nearly 2,000 volunteers gave more than 40,000 hours of service in our various programs – helping our most vulnerable neighbors in Greater Ohio.

No matter what you choose – whether you provide a meal, take a tour, join an Action Team, sort clothing or offer your expertise – when you get involved with Volunteers of America, you foster positive change in our community, enrich your life and brighten the world of those we serve.

With more than 25 human service programs in the metro areas of Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton and Mansfield, we offer a variety of opportunities to get involved. Please browse the volunteer information below as well as the list on the left side of your screen. If you don't see something that will work for you, please feel free to create your own opportunity and let us know how we can help make it happen.
