Helpers are needed for the Volunteers of America Youth Education Center's summer enrichment program in Columbus. Helpers will serve as positive role models and chaperones for homeless and at-risk children in grades K-8. Volunteers will assist in the recreational games and activities at the Center and chaperone field trips. Help make a difference in the lives of these youth!

Tutors are needed weekdays from noon to 4 p.m. July 16-August 15; however, you do not have to be available every day to volunteer. We welcome you for any period of time you can help. 

Requirements
No previous experience is required. Volunteers must provide their own transportation to and from the Center. A background check will be performed on all applicants. If volunteering all day, lunch will be provided.
